What is your return policy?

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order, provided the item meets the requirements outlined in our Return & Refund Policy.


Can I return food or grocery items?

For health and safety reasons, opened food products, perishable items, and opened personal care products cannot be returned unless they arrived damaged, defective, or you received the wrong item.


What payment methods do you accept?

We accept major credit and debit cards, along with other payment methods available at checkout, including PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay, where supported.


What if my order arrives damaged?

Please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and photos of the damaged item and packaging. We'll review the issue and work with you to resolve it.
